Added Basic Site Specialization + Whats to come

Hey, I'm back! While working on a way larger project, I decided to step back and rework some underlining systems for Web tycoon. We now have a more site customization, with a couple logos, and a new save loader, and a few other things, like smooth animations and a little preview of what save you are loading. I'm planning on adding a more in-depth sort of research tree, a downloadable version with a real save system so you don't need to deal with codes. (You will still be able to export codes & the web version will probably have a full feature set for now).Though Nothing is set in stone.
